the 8 assignments i forgot to post on this blog

I am really proud of how this one turned out, and it might be one of my favorites. I used my phone case as a reference, but I modified it a lot. I honestly just used gradient colors and whatever came to mind.

(The instructions said we could also do a zendoodle, which is what this is but in shape of a wolf)

I was pretty happy about this assignment because I found a cute cartoon Cockatoo bird pic that I couldn’t wait to put real feathers on it. I’d say the bird is a bit chubby but has an awesome mohawk, so I wanted to name it Chubb Chubb. (I really have no clue why)

I don’t really pay too much attention to celebs that much, so I picked out one from the list. The breed of cat I used was a Norwegian Forest cat.

This is one of my drawings from my sketch book. The only reason why I scanned a drawing from my sketch book, and not going on the internet to trace a pic, is because I knew there was no absolute way I was going to draw an anime person without messing up the whole drawing. The only thing that was not in my sketch book was the controller on the shirt. 

(she does have dragon wings and a snow leopard’s ears and tail, but the colors of the snow leopard are reversed, don’t judge me)

I restarted this assignment about 2 times, but this was the final product. To me, it looks like a galaxy, but with a blood-red frame surrounding it. I did end up naming this painting “Blood Galaxy” just because I wanted to

So, after seeing the Pac-Man example on the assignment page, I decided to do a retro arcade game as well. The arcade game I did was Galaga. (Not Space Invaders, but they’re similar) I thought it came out really good (considering the fact that they are pixelated, and I had to draw them smooth/not pixelated)

For this assignment, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. The zombie running straight at a gravestone is based of a zombie from Plants vs. Zombies. Dracula is just Dracula. The woman looked evil from the beginning, so I just made her have a purple fireball and purple hair

Kid: Will you get mad at me for something I didn’t do?

Teacher: Of course not!

Kid: Okay, phew

Teacher: Why do you ask?

Kid: Because I didn’t do my homework

In the kid’s mind: Please keep your word…

Kid gets F- on homework

Teacher: Tricks don’t work.
